MonitorGiant exists because conventional monitoring tools kept falling short — on self-hosted platforms, AI workloads, and cloud costs — in environments where reliability actually mattered.
MonitorGiant launched in April 2026 — but the experience behind it spans more than two decades of operating real infrastructure across defence IT, IoT manufacturing, SaaS email delivery, insurance platforms, parliamentary digital services, and educational ERPs.
In every one of those environments, the same pattern repeated: the major monitoring tools told you a server was up while the application inside it was quietly broken. WooCommerce checkouts failing while the site returned a 200. WordPress cron jobs halted for hours. AI token spend spiking with no one watching. The off-the-shelf giants couldn't see any of it.
So we built something that could. Every monitor type in MonitorGiant reflects a real gap encountered in the field — not a gap identified in a feature-parity spreadsheet.

The monitoring gaps encountered across those projects are part of what MonitorGiant was built to close.
